Randomly, I decided to see what would come up first on typing "what is a geek" in google; and what do you know, looks like Princeton is old-fashioned in more than just it's architecture. Highly amusing, I believe.

I'm sure there are plenty of variations supplied once entering the web-page, but seriously - this is the first thing people see.

Hi fellow Gamespotters,

I just purchased Sacred 2, updated to 2.43 - found out that the patch was incompatible with Windows 7, reinstalled - updated to 2.40, and tried to run it. No matter what the settings, lowest or highest - the game runs at about 5 frames-per-second, with no smooth sections. I've tried compatability modes [XP, SP3] but nothing has changed; is there any feedback you can give? Thanks for any help.

Graphics Card: Dual GTX 280m

RAM: 6 Gig

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T9800 2.93 GHz

Operating System: Windows 7 64 Bit

Here's some games with elements from that list:

1. Assassin's Creed 1 and 2...

2. Ninja Gaiden Series...

3. The Elder Scrolls Oblivion - a big part of it can be spent as an assassin or samurai...

4. Splinter Cell and Metal Gear series...

5. Kingdom Under Fire Circle of Doom...

-- Hope this helps!

I think digital downloads are taking over boxed games, or am I just late? I agree that digital downloads can be more convenient, but I'm a sucker for having the box stacked up in my collection.

I went to two gamestops and they don't hold PC games, just a WoW cards. I went to Best Buy and their PC game section was hella bulls***. What's going on? :(

The only ones I saw were on the games on sale area - and there were like 5 or less...

And by the way, I think these outlets are forgetting how many great games are coming out for PC, remember Crysis? Stalker? How about MMO's? All pc exclusives.

5$ for one of the better rpgs of this generation... itss a steal! Even if you have the 360 version!
The pc version runs much better and looks better.

I got the 360 version the day it came out, but ive played the pc version at my friends place a bunch, its even better!
Think I might pick it up myself, as Ill get Mass Effect2 on PC this time as they are comign out same day ;)

Shouldn't you know yourself if you've already played it?RK-Mara

If you read the question itself - I said I had played the 360 version and loved it - I'm only wondering if the PC version looks any better.

The question is in the title...I love the game on the 360, but I have a good rig now that could handle it on all highest settings. Worth getting it over another game I haven't played before?

THX for advice, - Mordred

Definately Alan Wake, been waiting for that for soooo long...and I'm really excited - which is rare for me when it comes to new games.

It wouldn't be nearly as popular, seeing as it's a lot darker and gritty [I think a lot of hardcore fans would enjoy it a lot, but not all those little six year olds andnon - gamercubicle workers] - I'd certainly love to see it; though I highly doubt they'd make it as an isometric game.
