While that's all well and good for people who play online games - there is one major flaw in that: a lot of people (myself included) prefer singleplayer games.
My decision to buy a console/game is based on my own interests, and what I'm looking for in my entertainment. The console depends on the games as well as the features the console offers me personally. The console my friends buy doesn't matter at all.
The only time "friends" have influences my buying decision was when buying the EA sports titles for local multiplayer fun - none of this online bullshit. We would get together and sit in a room and play on the same system.
As for what I'm buying: I'm looking at getting a PS4, and upgrading my PC. Games like Watch Dogs, MGSV, inFAMOUS, SimCity (when they make it available offline), Diablo expansion (once it's available offline or I have better internet), Godus, Total War: Rome II, Thief, etc etc.
That is the most ridiculous and pathetica attempt at a comment I've seen on Gamespot (this month).
You know the video above. The one called "GSNews". That talks about a couple of things that happens in the gaming world on a particular day. Yeah, well, my comment was in response to that. I didn't talk about those other things you mentioned because they weren't mentioned in the video.
I make a comment based on my opinion about stuff that was mention in the video. Why would I talk about off-topic things?
So, according to your logic, I don't have a life because of a single comment I made in response to a video where the host asked for people to comment. And yet here you are, trolling people because they don't share your twisted world views. Next time you talk about getting a life maybe you should try doing it while looking in a mirror. You're more in need of that advice than other people on here.
Not that I care. I don't want Titanfall, and even if I did I would just play it on PC, since that's where FPS games belong!
If you want to defend the Xbox One, you might want to come up with something else. You know, something good that only the XBO offers. And even then it's subjective, since not everyone has the same interests.
Yup. I'm fairly certain that those much-hated policies and such that Microsoft "removed" will be back with avengeance once a bunch of Xbox's have been sold.
