Who looks at BB adds for video game release dates? lol of course you cannot trust a corporation that sells hundreds if not thousands of entertainment products withconstantly changing release dates.

No one needs 4 gigs of ram though unless you are running a server or something. Deihmos

Just give it a few more years and we will all need 4g.

The Heros were great in War3...they are what made the multiplayer so much fun.  But that is War3, not Sc2.  Sc2 has its own design and game play.  If they wanted to expand on hero based RTS, they would make another warcraft RTS (I cant wait for that day ).

OMG Assassin's Creed looks amazing.  I hope the game play is as good as the look and theme.

[QUOTE="Conjuration"]I was always under the impression that games that are considered "on rails" don't allow you to control your advancement in the game manually (like House of the Dead or an R-Type).

But people seem to use the term to describe games which are linear in design (such as: an old Mega Man game).

So, what's the real definition of a game that's "on rails"?Master__Shake

The real on rails defintion is like your first statement. House of dead is a good example. Game like megaman levels would be discribed as linear by anyone who knows what they are talking about. Anyone who says on rails about a megamna game is an idiot and picked up buzzwords off of interviews and reviews.

"On rails" comes from games that aim for the feel of amusement park rides.  Also the character/camera in an on rails shooter is usually tied to a spline created by a designer.

very well said.

I'm sure they are already working on it behind the scenes.  But dont get your hopes up....we wont hear anything about it for many more years.

This was already a rumor about 6 months ago.

Wow it looks very interesting...not what I was expecting out of splinter cell, but very interesting.  It does look alot like a Hitman game.  Im not really sure what to think about it at this point.
