Anyway still go to that tweak site its pretty good, will help you ring out some frames, again dont bother with AA at such a big res. Edge AA is much better in crysis and can only be on when AA is off, its explained on the guide.

There shouldnt be since crysis has never worked with crossfire, only sli. Unless they added in with drivers over the last 6 months. Crysis was never very well optimized for multiple cores tho.

No no dont do that lol, if its happening during games its 1 of 2 things. The gpu (most likly) or the cpu. What gpu are you using?

Also its always a good idea to get a third party cooler if sound annoys you allot or if your serious about your temps

Your probably just gonna have to lower the resolution alittle and tweak with some settings to get the best compromise between frames and looks. Just so ya know crossfire wont work in crysis, so dont bother with a 2nd ati card. Oh also dont bother with AA in that game its not really worth it since it doesnt effect all the plants. The only thing that will is called Edge AA, its generally on by default if no AA is on.

The 4GB limit refers to total addressable memory space and not just the RAM installed. It's a total made up of system RAM, graphics RAM, PCI memory range, ACPIand a few other bits and pieces. Generally the 32bit OS will see the 4gig if you have the PAE (Physical Address Extension) on in the bios but will only be able to use about 3gb depending how much vram you got and some other things like pci cards ect.

Theres no real downside to vista/win7 64bit so may as well use that if you really need the ram space, not many people really need that much they just think they do since lack of ram used to be a major issue. Unless your doing alot of high ram usage tasks like photoshoping high rez pics or running afew VM's.

EDIT: To the guy above make sure PAE is ON in your bios and you should be ok.
