@rasputin177 @wizardboyus @Darkefka Some people buy games based on the aesthetic (i.e. looks, graphics, etc) just like some people buy books based on the art of the cover. Nothing wrong with that per say, it's just preference. I'm not advocating his/her opinion in anyway, but just because YOU don't see anything wrong with the character's appearance doesn't mean others should emulate your beliefs and preferences
@shiss27 @endorbr "They are childish imagination..." Err...I'm sorry, I'm sure you meant to say something else, but defining video games as 'childish' is a very inaccurate assessment of the medium.
Everything else you stated is plausible and quite frankly agreeable. But I agree (in part with shiss27). This only waters down the perception of games. And mind you, attitude towards video games is a matter of perpestive and preference. The Witcher 2 is a "Masterpiece", however it is far from childish. Skyrim is an amazing game, it is far from a medium for 'milking your money'. Rather, it is an avenue for entertainment, creativity and social connections (i.e. Nexus, Steam)..heck even lore building. Saying that the basic concept/idea of a video game is childish..is I guess ok. Saying the basic concept/idea of a video game is childish on a public Video Game site is (with all due respect) a little ignorant. Wouldn't you agree?
