What you're playing in Odyssey does not depend on "bloodline", it's Kassandra's DNA found on Leonidas' spear. In fact, the requirement to have children for the story to continue hasn't been a thing since Liberation, which changed things up.
See, that's funny to me because in another post you say that the people complaining about this probably haven't even purchased the DLC, yet here you are with this misinformation, probably haven't purchased an AC game since Brotherhood.
