And then buy the game and then spend 400$ to buy all the DLC they'll release for it, in true Tecmo Koei fashion. The only reason why I don't buy Warriors games anymore. Terrible publisher.
@nsa_protocol44: It is the second best selling RE after RE5 but it's also the worst received one (along with Racoon Operation or something), it's common knowledge that the game sold off RE4 and RE5 hype and the effects of how bad the game is can be seen with RE7 not selling as much or more, an excellent game that people were weary of because of how bad RE6 was. Capcom have stated multiple times that they regret releasing RE6 in the state they did and recently said that good critics and satisfied fans is the way to go.
@Bread_or_Decide: I think what's going on with you is that you're one of those edgelords (since you wanna call others nerds and geeks) that thinks he's smarter than everybody else because you think differently than most.
Their stocks falling in value is a fact, the piss poor handling of the Star Wars franchise is a fact (many cancelled games, only two games released in a ten year contract and those really poorly received), the lootbox fiasco is a fact, it forced them to cancel their P2W shite and furthermore, I literally linked you something that shows 700k (700.000 in case you can't read) people having issues with their practices and that's just on one website and you're here spouting your bullshit about how it's like 5 gamers. Their lawsuit with the Belgium government and that they lost it is a fact, them causing the start of regulation on lootboxes and microtransactions is a fact. Capcom pulling a 180 to save themselves cause they were in a rough position because of greedy decisions is also a fact.
As for the Activision bs, Activision Blizzard's stock took a nosedive as well after the "mobile" announcement. Maybe you need to check the real world every now and then too, it seems you have your head all the way up yours.
@Bread_or_Decide: What. EA has nothing to do with Destiny.
Furthermore, not only are their stocks not doing fine as of late, but that is 100% because of their piss poor management of the Star Wars franchise, the lootbox fiasco that got them the most negative reaction a company has ever seen online (did you forget about this gem, almost 700k downvotes), they got in trouble with the government and they lost to them (Belgium) and they basically created the huge backlash and regulation for lootboxes in games. Not to mention the really poor quality of their games. You're out of your mind if you think that if you treat customers badly continuously people are gonna bend over forever.
As for your "idiots" statement, staying in your customer's good side is important for a company, case in point Capcom. Their games up to DmC flopped after everybody was let down by RE6 and they were declining rapidly financially. They started listening to customers from then on and we got RE7, a Monster Hunter game on PC, DMC5, RE remakes, basically everything the fans were asking for. And they are doing much better now.
Watch RDR2 come exclusively to Epic Store too. Which makes me think, they probably tried to buy RE2 and DMC5 as well. Good guy Capcom turning them down like ~
