It's a complicated game on their behalf, not a lot of people are accepting of them. It isn't right to lead someone on but it's difficult to admit who you truly are to someone that you have just met. I wouldn't say it is a right but I can understand a transsexual's apprehension in admitting their true selves. A lot of people don't even understand what a transsexual is, and it's easy to blame society for suppressing that information from schools and communities.
It's far too controversial of an issue to have a defiant answer on because there is no right or wrong way of really going about such a sensitive issue. It's best to have an open mind in the dating game and not to hurt someone else's feelings regardless of gender or origin.
A copious amount of Military games such as 'Halo Reach', 'Gears of War' and 'Black Ops' strive on diversity in their characters but they are never the protagonist. In 'Halo Reach' the character 'Noble Six' is faceless without gender or race so it doesn't come into the same terms to a great extent because they are in essence a hollow shell.
This isn't the first time that people have expressed their discontent on this affair. A lot of profound, evocative stories in video games tend to feature a Caucasian male; it's rare to see a protagonist of African or Hispanic dissent when weighted up against the typical Caucasian figures. The lack of representation for diverse protagonists is questionable but when you look at the general consensus of contemporary video gamers they tend to be Caucasian males and those in the industry in the West are also the same. The only way to correct such an issue is for a number of minorities in the West to become more involved in the Gaming Industry in order to provide a greater influence on the market.
Somebody sent me a dodgy message earlier after a game of Reach so I filed a complaint (it was nasty stuff). I've had to file a few in the past, and I always wonder what happens to people, if anything, after them. Just wondering what experiences people have had of being complained about, what punishments if any there are etc.

Dozens of times. I loved pissing people off in CoD4, probably had 10 complaints filed against me every month lol. I was never suspended.
Very mature.
Annoying people is fun on Xbox Live. I have a second Xbox Live Gold account just to troll people with and I haven't looked back since.
The best thing to do is select "Optimal Settings" in the Xbox 360's System Settings (It may have a sligthly different name). In using that option it will configure and optimize the right set ups for you or you could play around with the resoultions and select what appeals to your eyes the best.
The game has issues and the reasons you're suffering is due to them. If you still have concerns use the specific forum set out on this site for the game. There should be a community there who would answer questions. Or you could wait here for a reply but I wouldn't hold your breath.
The fact that there is a defence this time round is an improvement. The major flaw with the previous titles was the fact that you had no defence because a simple through ball would destroy you defence.
