This is seriously the 100th article/video I've seen on Gamespot in the last few years about this. It's been scientifically proven to be false that video games violence and real violence are connected. Overall aggression, especially verbally, can be extremely heightened though. I mean have you ever looked at yourself playing Halo or COD? It's pretty ridiculous haha. I'm probably the most mean when I am playing shooters and right afterwards. I have never had the desire to be violent afterwards though...except against my Xbox...
Video games are essentially a sport to people and you don't generally see actual athletes, who are ACTUALLY physically violent in their sports, going around killing people or smashing heads in do you? No, because there's no connection.
@Lost-to-Apathy Well you can thank Obama for all the outsourcing since he is taxing the crap out of the rich and large companies as well as forcing them to provide health care now, leaving the only option to outsource to stay in business.
I would complain about this because it's ridiculous, but then again so is feeling the need to have Facebook and Twitter on your Xbox, especially since it takes so long to go from power off to the fully loaded app. IE sucks though lol. Can I get a "like" on the fact that the recently IE ad using Alex Clare's song saying "I'm just too close to love you and I gotta go" is SOOO fitting for IE ? =D
woo freakin hoo. This is just another moneygrubber for the Apple Addicts out there who blindly buy all their products even if they're as stupid as this. iPad=huge ipod touch. iPad Mini=iPod freakin touch. I know Steve's dead (RIP), but cmon Apple, at least TRY not to embarrass yourself.
oh no people are upset because characters actually have normal sized boobs, whatever will we do?? if they're going for realistic looking characters, then probably having characters with 200lb boobs like in Soul Calibur V isn't the way to go =P
@patrick2373 @BonEcho yeah agreed about the 3DS, although I personally dislike the system. It is trouncing Vita in sales though. Nintendo is simply better at handhelds than anyone else because they have more experience. I personally think that Nintendo should make only handhelds and then lease their characters to other companies who know how to make REAL consoles and console games and not just make Mario #10,000 and Pokemon Magenta Puce Turquoise =P
