I'm not really feeling Microsoft's lineup yet

• Don't care - Gears Tactics , Flight Simulator , Grounded , Sea of Zzzzzzz's
• Shooters are fine , but more filler than killer
• I'm not a fan of Bethesda's rpgs / Bethesda style rpgs
• Standard racing games are bland /uninteresting
• I like movie games , other than Hellblade 2 (a poor man's God of War) I don't know what to expect quality or quantity wise. An Uncharted knockoff , maybe in first person ?
• I'm not a Perfert Dark or Fable fan , but who knows with these reboots? Only time will tell

Microsoft has a long and hard road to try to convince me. I'm definitely getting a PS5 before Horizon Forbidden West releases.

Day 1's are a very rare thing. Right now through 2022 , I would only say

• Horizon Forbidden West
• God of War
• Spider-Man 2

Everything else is when I get to it - Elden Ring , Final Fantasy XVI , etc.

Looks like it's out of the top 50 now. So incredibly sad. At least they have MLB The Show to play.

Indeed. Poor Microsoft didn't launch with much of anything to speak of. So incredibly sad.

I noticed someone posted the latest weekly sales in Spain on resetera.

Spain weekly hardware sales -

• PS5 - 8,000 (80:1 ratio Physical:Digital)
• NSW - 4,000
• XBS - <1,000 (Series S > Series X)

I think they wanted it this holiday. It's unfortunate , but PS5 should be fine. I'm excited about the game , so I would hope they release it when it's ready.

From a console wars / system wars angle , I look at things this way. Through 2021 -

• Spider-Man Miles Morales , Demon's Souls , Sackboy A Big Adventure , Astro's Playroom , Returnal , Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart , and a couple of Director's Cuts with new content.
• vs.
• Halo , Forza , and a couple of PC ports.

Then in the 1st half of 2022 , Sony can come in with Horizon Forbidden West to get that banger in the bank. Lemmings will have it rough for a good while. Expect many more months (probably years) of meltdowns to continue until Microsoft can release more new games.

If the A.I. isn't too dumb and pedestrian , and shooting and melee feel good ... it could be a very good game. Only time will tell.
