I think the fact that even most of the high end computers can't even render Crysis in all of its glory, while Uncharted 2 runs on a console, says all you need to know about which looks better. And how can you even compare games when most of the screen shots you see from Crysis aren't on the highest settings? Uncharted 2 looks amazing, but I don't think anything on consoles will look better than Crysis for a long time...Why can't pc fanboys accept that other people have aan opinion and might think uncharted 2 looks better. All pc fanboys care about are their specs of their rig in their sig.

I can't think of one good song, though. Kill Em All had Seek and Destroy, Metal Militia and Whiplash, RTL was had Creeping Death, Ride the Lightning, Fade to Black, Trapped Under Ice, Call of Ktulu, Fight Fire with Fire, For Whom the Bell Tolls, while MOP had Orion, Master of Puppets, Battery, Welcome Home and Leper Messiah.
And Justice has....? See what I mean?
Blackened, To Live is to Die, Dyers Eve, Harvester of Sorrow, Frayed Ends of Sanity.
To Live is to Die is even worse than St. Anger. FEOS is OK though. But I guess we will have to agree to disagree though the ultimate proof of Justice being when Metallica sold out is here.
How is One a sellout song? It is like some of their earlier stuff like Sanitarium. It starts off softer, cleaner then builds up into the heavier distorted part. The song also sounds like the rest of ...And Justice For All, which still remained true to the old Metallica sound. After Justice Metallica completely changed their style and have never sounded the same since. Metallica, or Black Album, whatever you want to call it, was their sellout album. It was the first with a completely different style and lead the way to all of the abominations created since then.[QUOTE="MushroomRevenge"][QUOTE="st1ka"]Yes, Halo Wars isn't going to be deep as far as I can tell. I know the Halo has always been a casual series, but Halo Wars will probably take the cake for most shallow game in the series.so your problem is a depth problem then?

personally the game reminds me of ground control 2 while not the deepest RTS it was tactical enough to be fun and engaging. I don't think that we can tell this kind of thing from a demo. But i understand you point of view.
Yeah, I will have to wait for the game to come out first, hopefully they just didn't include some parts of the game. Which would make sense considering you played the first stages of the game.Yes, Halo Wars isn't going to be deep as far as I can tell. [QUOTE="MushroomRevenge"]I never said it is a mediocre game. What I was trying to say was this; if the game isn't any special it is still better then Halo Wars, which has nothing more than CGI cutscenes.st1ka
so what it is it aboutthe game you don't like?
From playing the demo it seems there is no base building, just unit control. For a game that focuses only on the combat aspect of an RTS it has no combat depth. There aren't a vast array of skills or special moves, and selecting units is a pain.(Thats what you get for being a console RTS I suppose) Furthermore, the weapons aren't very balanced. Throwing grenades from one unit is powerful enough to destroy a building, while it takes 15 seconds of firing with three Warthog chainguns to do the same thing. I don't expect to have much unit variety unless they invent new units just for this game. Overall its just a lack of complexity.[QUOTE="MushroomRevenge"]I don't think that the calibur of graphics in a game should sell copies of the game; especially not the graphics of the cutscenes. I will admit the cutscenes were amazing, but the gameplay is just so horrible that nothing can make up for it.st1ka
let's be honest here, this is the meain reason why everyone is so hyped for Killzone 2
I know, but atleast Killzone 2 has actual game play to back it up. Even if its just a mediocre FPS, its playable.
