Most Frustrating Game this Gen

What game made you throw your controller at the wall and tear out your hair in frustration?

For me it has to be Contra 4. Still never beat that game on medium... damn ocean level...

I dont know i havnt played any hard games. But i can tell what is so easy its annoying, Prince of Persia!

The majority of the stages and bosses were cakewalk, but bosses like Genshin (first and last fight), Alexei and Alizebet (First and last fight) were rediculous.

Well, I'm trying to beat CoD 4 on Veteran right now and I am having a lot of those "Holy ****, I'm going to throw the controller out of the window" moments.

In my opinion, Killzone 2. The demo frustrated the hell out of me when I got to play a few times. I don't want to imagine how the entire game would be.

Well in terms of multiplayer it has to be COD4. So many nade spammers, hidden snipers, glitchers, and martydom noobs makes the online a pain in the ass

Single player wise I'd say MGS4 on the higher difficulties (Big Boss Extreme mode is not for the faint of heart)

Killzone 2 on the hardest difficulty.

I'd have to go with Too Human. Not only because of the incomprehensively stupid design choices, but because at its core TH really was a fantastic game.

Street Fighter IV

also Call of duty becouse i really hate respawning enemies.

Gears of war 2 online can get very frustrating. Same with seth in SFIV

It may suck, but it's not the most frustrating game ever made. Just not a lot of fun.

The most frustrating game I've played this gen? Dead or Alive 4 Time Attack mode. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?

Probably the most outraged I've been with a game this gen has been with Lost Planet, God damn enemies juggling you on top of ten second -a little exhagerated- animations of you standing back up.

Sonic and the Secret Rings. Terrible control, terrible level desigh, terrible story, terrible audio. Uhg...dino eggs...

Take Street Fighter 4 on Hardest difficulty, and play against Seth. Welcome to hell.

anyways. my nomination goes to red faction guerilla. there are some really hard and frustrating missions in that game wich will force you to retry several times.

I would say Mirror's Edge was one of the less frustrating first person shooters I've played.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma on normal difficulty,

FIFA 09 online everyone picks barcelona and its no longer a fair game.

*Gets flame shield* No More Heroes. Really riding on the bike and walking was abysmal. I hate almost all of the side missions to get money and the fighting was kinda repetitive. It doesn't feel like a sandbox game because you couldn't even interact with regular people or do anything that's not a regular or side mission. The only thing I found fun about it was the Last (or second to last) boss fight against your sister (I think that's who she was). Overall it deserved a 6.5 - 7.

I would add to the list: Condemned 2 on hard. Way too unbalanced, don't even bother.

The Club on harder difficulties. This game will make you swear. I still love it though, totally underrated. One of the best games to have for some quick fun.
