Of all the legacy characters, which character has appeared (doesn't have to had starred in) in the most games?

How about Mischeif Makers for the 64? Or Hybrid Heaven. Anyone else ever play Aerobiz for the SNES?

Street Fighter II, DKC, Final Fight Top Gear 2. The only nostalgic aspect missing from video games is odor and in MK II's case, it would be the stench of death!

I agree with Liitchie for instance, the Animé intro blew my mind. DKC definitely with the Advanced Computer Modeling of the time. Ninja Warriors had awesome graphics too.

I haven't played the Silent Hill games so I can't comment on them and I'm pretty sure you can call RE 4 survival horror. Eternal Darkness stands out in my mind because, as someone else mentioned, it is influenced by the works of H.P. Lovecraft and you sometimes play characters who are supposed to die and then fight them later on not to mention the insanity meter which I have not encountered elsewhere. Killing zombies should me the new national passtime.

Definitely Street Fighter II. It seems like it's all I did and it was without super combos and fatalities! Even on my lunchbreak from school, I would at and then immediately enter the World Warrior Tournament. Same thing for Donkey Kong Country. I must of burned a whole through my TV playing that. MKII also.
