My favorite part of DS3 PVP is how everytime I get someone down to an inch of their life, they suddenly become unhittable. I seriously had a match the other night go on for MINUTES with the invader at a sliver of health. I tried different swing timings, different angles, etc. Nothing would connect. They weren't even mindlessly rolling either.

They eventually got me and I was pissed. It has been a constant anytime I have had a PVP experience and I want to know WTF is up.

So much for PC master race and the whole idea that hacking isn't a big problem in Dark Souls. Some asshat is streaming himself running around with hacked weapon that is getting players BANNED when he hits them with it.

From definitely needs to get their shit together with this cheating system they implemented. First it was just unjustly banning random people. Now it is being used as a weapon to ban innocent players.

This shit is fucked up and it makes me glad I have this game on PS4. Have had no issues of any sort with a good number of hours poured into this game between 3 characters.

Loved Bloodborne and it was my first "souls" game experience, but I am definitely enjoying Dark Souls 3 more thanks to the much bigger build variety. Unfortunately Bloodborne got held back by a lack of variety. Have access to better magic and shields and so many different weapons and styles to use just makes the experience more interesting IMO.

I already have 3 different characters and each one will play quite a bit different from eachother as I gradually get the items I plan on using with them.

@LostProphetFLCL: What was your wall in DkSIII? Just curious.

I thought there was a massive difficulty jump starting with Pontiff Sullivan, and Annor Londo and the Irithyll Dungeon. WAY harder than anything that came before it (even with my struggling with the frozen ice knight my first playthrough).

First time souls player here, i have long heard and read about the SO-CALLED difficulty of these games and finally got around playing dark souls 3 this time. I started a char as mage, got to high wall but didn't like it as spells took too long to cast and re-rolled as a Knight.

Sure i am not denying that i died a lot in the high walls of lothric area trying to understand the mechanics and how to parry etc. The first knight mob in HWoL gave me lot of headache but once i figured out the basics it has been smooth sailing.

I killed Abyss Watchers in first try with over 5 flasks remaining. Deacons of the deep? I don't know why they are even a boss, a laughable encounter but now i killed dancer of the boreal valley at level 43 without any help or exploits. Took around couple of hours, i tried first at around level 35 but was way too low health and most of her attacks were 1 shotting me so got back with more vigor and killed her on my 2nd attempt.

I have yet to set foot in next area after Farron's deep so i haven't find real brick wall where i just can't progress without any help or guide so far. I played wow for over 5 years and once i started the game for the first time i was expecting wow raid boss equivalent difficult bosses in DS3 where it would take you hours and hours of learning mechanics and farming better gear to even have a chance. Guess i was wrong, if i can kill one of the difficult end bosses at earlier level with basic longsword upgraded to +3 and starting knight gear i guess this game isn't that difficult as most make it to be. Either that or i have yet to face the real challenge ahead, i have read nameless king to be a real toughy, can't wait to find out.

But yes if you compare it to games like skyrim, dragon age inquisition or mass effect then its darn hard.

Just wait. I thought it was easy too and then I hit a major wall not TOO much farther than that. We are talking 0-100 REAL QUICK!

Nintendo is completely out of touch with reality and has been for well over a decade now. This is why they have IGNORED online play two consecutive generations in a row now even though online play has become a staple and arguably THE major focus of the industry.

Not only that, but while third parties have become the major forces in the industry, Ninty has gotten almost NO third party support for two gens now, mainly because they just keep making their consoles way different from their competitors, leave their consoles much weaker than their competitors, therefore making it a PAIN for third parties to bring their games to Ninty's consoles.

Oh and their insistence on being purely kid focused flies in the face of the gaming crowd getting older and older. This point they have at LEAST done a tad better on by bringing in Bayonetta and doing Zombii-U on the Wii-U, but that is far too little still when the market is dominated by mature games.

For once the Lions made the obvious and sensible pick with their first round pick. There is hope!
