There's this new one set for the very end of next year called Cities XL. Looks pretty impressive. I know it's a long ways off, but I thought I'd bring some attention to it, anyway.

Instead of reinstalling you could use Acronis TrueImage to clone your current setup onto a larger HD.

If you buy Civ4, you really want Beyond the Sword - it adds a lot to the game. Warlords is sort of made redundant by BtS, but at $40 it's still a good deal.Makari

hmm I didn't know you played CIV IV...

He's 100% correct though BtS adds a lot to the base game, it's like getting a whole new game and other then the scenarios in Warlords you won't be missing anything by skipping that expansion.
