First of all, the Latte gpu has 320 shader core's, and I really don't know anything about the memory bus but i'm sure it's not bottlenecking anything, you're full of it. 

If it WAS a hardware race Nintendo would be 3 laps ahead judging by design, not power.  The Wii U will be powerful enough for anything Nintendo wants to do, double 360's output (it's roughly double 360, not "just barely above") with a 720p output on most games is a huge leap, and Nintendo makes the best games in the industry so I wouldn't be surprised if some of their games ended up looking better than most if not all Ps4 games, in fact i'm counting on it.

Super Mario galaxy for example looks fantastic, so I can only imagine what they'll be getting out of something with roughly 20x the output.
