@ltjohnnyrico: Well said. Plus, if more folks are excited about CoD, means that you are more likely to get what you want at the store rather than have to wait on sold-out products.
@imaphrix: I did make that mistake! I played Icewind Dale first, then Fallout, and in Icewind Dale it made no difference that my fighter had next to no charisma, so I tried that in Fallout and quickly realized my error. It's also fun in Fallout to set your character intelligence extremely low, and have characters take pity on you or try to make things simple enough to understand.
@HuSSaR83: True, I like having high charisma/speech because in almost every quest there are speech checks that greatly improve the result. The only Fallout in which charisma was meh was Fallout Tactics.
@rosinmonkekyx17: It's not vacation, it's leave. And Master Chief has to have a ton of leave stored up by now, he hasn't taken a day off throughout the entire bloody war.
A great point, however I believe that Penny Arcade's Greater Internet F*%&^@! Theory will always triumph over politeness, kindness, or just common human decency. The same reason why so much social media is used to hurt people rather than just say hi to chaps from your childhood.
Remember, these are the same folks who went to war against Bioware because Mass Effect was a "Porn Simulator", so we shouldn't get all up in arms about it. If they don't say anything, then be worried because that means there is planning going on.
