[QUOTE="WraithsLotus"]no its not, they will just say anything to justify them buying a $800+ pc that has the same performance as a 360 that costs hundreds less. you may get higher fps and a mouse but you spend way to **** much when you can play as less as 280 to play bioshock flawlessly on 360 with no problems and any other game thats comes out on it.spierdalaj666

True. But then again, their games won't be stuck using technology from the year 2006 for the next four years like yours will.

No one is ever "stuck" with a console. If 2 to 3 years from now PC games start looking significantly better than consoles people can also get a new PC.

To the TC, you'll have to get the demo to find out for certain. The 7950GT may be fine for bioshock if it's not too shader heavy.

I've yet to see cloth physics in a PC game. Gets me wondering, can it be done? Maybe you absolutely need multi-core processing to accomplish it and EA won't do next gen sports titles on the PC's due to high system requirements it would preclude. Then again they could always make it an on/off feature in the options, couldn't they? Just speculating here...

So there has been a bit of speculation about lair....but come on guys. Whether its good, bad, or just average, this game is something different, and that in its own should make it worth at least a try. I mean, other titles coming out for the ps3 look SPECTACULAR. But lets face it, Heavenly Sword is another action game with its own twists, Ratchet and Clank is another Ratchet game (Platforming + Shooting Action), Uncharted will be another Action Adventure type game, borrowing things for tomb raider and gears of war and such. UT3 and Haze are fps' with unique things added in. Warhawk and Socom are third person online shooters, another populated genre.Folklore DOES look a bit different as well, although it brings to my mindpokemon in real time for some reason.

Those are only a couple of games, and I am looking forward to all of them, and I'm sure that they will be GREAT Games, maybe even better than lair. But what intrigues me about lair is that its completely different. Flying a dragon has been done...A couple times, not nearly as much as a fps, platforming, action, or adventure genre though. And plus, it will put the sixaxis to the test, not to mention these graphics look great. We really don't know much about the other parts of the story and gameplay, except for the fact that the story will have some twists and shouuld be intriguing, and the gameplay will be feature boss battles, battling on land and dogfighting in the air. Plus, the gameplay will of course, be different than the norm. So don't get let down by a couple bad reviews (EGM..cough), because you know that once it comes out no matter what the score, you will be looking to give it a rental at least. What are your thoughts and opinions?

I know this may be coming a bit late, and that it has mostly been getting good reviews so far, but it just popped into my mind, so I thought I would share.

Lego Star Wars is two player same screen... NFS: III and High Stakes were split screen but they're fairly old and are tough to get working on modern gfx cards (i.e., non voodoo cards).

Visit the above link for the final word. They state that they typically invest 30 hrs. in a game before evaluating it. Also, they only review final code. I never heard of the cheat code thing. I'm mighty disappointed if that's true.

My vote is for the original Tomb Raider ending. Pathetic. I agree that Quake 4 had a very disappointing ending, too. I'm currenlty playing Indigo Prophecy and was almost spoiled by a couple of posts here >:- { Keivz
