I'm getting kind of tired of the forced inclusion of 'openly gay' characters. You're doing a massive disservice to gay people by forcing 'token gays' into stories. If a character's gay, they're gay. Most gays I know are comfortable with who they are, but they don't go around proclaiming, "I'm gay!" Their sexuality is their own and they don't bring it up, not because they're ashamed, but because they're classy and prefer to keep private things private, perhaps making a joke or two in passing. If a character's main, or only discerning trait is that they're gay, that's a bad character, because they're boring.
This is misdirection. Pretty obvious Drake isn't going to die. ND is just hyping it up so it can be a surprise when he doesn't. They've been WAY too obvious about it, which means its a red herring.
Sony was definitely a good move for a partnership. For the most part, they tend to give their aligned development studios a lot of room to produce, and it usually results in quality work.
First off, that title? Stupid, misleading and bad. It's NOT an Alien movie, it's about the boring-ass engineers, who were only boring because the first movie destroyed their mystique. Second, thank God there's a real Alien movie in the works, courtesy of Neil Blomkamp that completely retcons out 3&4.
Really, because I don't know a single one who think's it's worth the price. It has virtually no library of games and I could get a majority of the other features on a smart phone.
No immediate price drop means no immediate purchases. It's not a marathon, or sprint. It's a siege. And the customer will always win a siege, because it's their money.
Do you honestly want Square-Enix to continue either of those series with the current level of quality of the titles they've been releasing? No thanks. I'd rather they get their act together again before trying their hand at reviving either of those.
