No, of course not and I didint say that. we hunt because we want to have the skill, to know that we can live on our own without modern influence,like our ancestors did.also, we do do it for population control, I didnt say they did did I ;)
there are safer and more humane ways to practice your aim. you dont need to take an innocent life to do so. Also Im trying to make the point that we as humans have this Insane idea of controlling the earths population. Trust me mother nature knows how to govern itself, if there is any species here on earth that needs population control its humans. but this belief of taking innocent lives(human or not) for to improve ones skill and the over done destructiveness of modern weapons is exactly the reason why guns get a bad rep and why humans need some sort of gun control because our superiority complex and history proves that the human race cant control themselves.Its been going on since the begining of man and it will still go on, thats mother nature, using that logic then hunting would have never been existant. Sure, if you want to learn how to aim you can go shoot at a range, but if you want to learn how to survive you have to learn how to harvets a dead animal, as gross at that sounds. You just contradicted yourself, if mother nature can govern itself why then the excess of humans? also we are part of nature so have you maybee thought that we are a part of the population control, we have to have a part, we cant just let 'mother nature' do everything. You act like improving skills are bad, Knowing how to survive in the wild, thats bad? knowing how to shoot something to sustain your life? Hunting has nothing to do with modern weapons, I dont know why your bringing that into the argument, In no way do I advocate automatic weapons, those things are just useless.
