You really had me laughing at number four! But seriously, as cool as this tech is I just don't have any interest in it! Perhaps I am just a caveman. Alas, back to bashing in Bandit skulls with an Iron Mace...
First off, I love your shirt Seb! Where did you get it?
Second, I would love for the real Kevin to collaborate and voice over for Skyrim! It would be so epic.
Third, might I recommend Bleakcoast Cave - STAR WARS Eater Egg Improvement for a future mod? It's not particularly lengthy or anything but I could see it being easy to show off.
Steam Workshop has a mod that lets you start in a random (or player-selected) place in Skyrim with the quest completed up until the Greybeards call you. Skyrim Unbound. You can play the whole game (even fight dragons, if you have dragon souls turned off in the MCM) without doing the main quest at all, and no one will ever call you "Dragonborn" -- heck, you can even have moat of the shouts if you manage to track them all down. :)
I liked #5 (any weapon that doesn't feel cheap, haven't played Mass Effect though), #2 (I wouldn't... spend my... own money on it...), and #1. I would put them on my list as well, though perhaps not in that order. If "top-of-the-line gaming PC" seems a tad unrealistic, the only other two I could think of would be older consoles reconfigured into handheld units (N64 or GameCube, I have a RDP) or a good set of speakers for my TV (nothing overwhelming like a home theater though).
@ggregd The fact is, "value" has always been a tool of proper game measurement on Gamespot. Even a passing mention that the game isn't overcharging you would be sensible.
