Last night, my PS3 was connected to the internet but couldn't sign into PSN. It gave me something about an error occuring and sign in failed. What's weird is that I was able to access the web browser with no problem.
Is the PSN under downtime?
Can some of you recommend any fps shooters with LAN.
Also, does Quantum of Solace PC version have LAN??
As you may already know, I'm a noob when it comes to using free-aim, so it's probably time I start to use free aim. I'm used to playing console games with auto-aim back on my PS2 (GTA SA, Scarface, Godfather, etc). I have not given free aim a chance since I found it difficult and get the kill, and using free aim will waste my ammo since I either move the right analog stick too much or too little. Considering that probably GTA IV is the only game with auto aim on PS3 (which I'm nearly complete), I probably need to practice using free aim if I gonna get another game (have Uncharted and maybe SR2 in mind).
Can anyone give me suggestions as to how I can practice getting kills using free aim? Your help would be much appreciated!!
Hi everybody. I'm currently planning to get a new console for the holidays, but I'm having trouble deciding whether to get the PS3 or the Wii. Due to my inexperience in the next-gen consoles, I don't know what are the differences in terms of their specifications. Please help me decide which one to get
Here's a list of my personality in gaming:
- More action-adventure (i.e. GTA games), beat-em-up (i.e. The Warriors), fighting (i.e. Street Fighter series) oriented
- No desire for 360 due to the red ring
- Have a plasma TV made approx. in 2004-2005, NO HDTV
- Not very social in gaming, but still social (sorry if this confuses anyone)
- Money is not an issue, but its about what I can get out of either console
- Like Brawl and RE:UC; other games don't quite suit me
- Long-time Street Fighter player (even though not extremely good at it)
- Don't like FPS and TPS without auto-aim
- Have PS1 and PS2 and enjoyed both consoles
- Need the games, in general, to be long (i.e 20-30 hours)
That's pretty much it in terms of my personal info in games. I understand that this list is a lot, but I need to make sure that it won't collect dust since I don't want to make the same mistake like I did with the Dreamcast. I know that everybody has a different perspective in video games, but it would be extremely appreciated if your suggestions involved the mentioned factors in consideration. Also, I have only made encounter with the Wii with Brawl and RE: UC, but these games are more of "been there, done that" type. I know, obviously, that a lot of people would recommend the PS3 based on my personality, but I would like to hear some suggestions from more people.
Thank you everyone for your suggestions!!!
PS: Once again, I apolgize for creating another PS3 vs. Wii topic
