Halo 4 is a good ol' shooter. FarCry 3 is more than a shooter, and I feel like it is more of an adventure, than a shooter. So, yeah, as a pure shooter Halo 4 won.
@forlietu So far you seem to be autistic or whatever, commenting on every positive post about ME3. Seems like you have serious problem. Did ME3 kill someone close to you, or did it steal your money? If you take it so personally, you have some real problems
If you do enough research in game and read the dialogues and codex attentively you will know who those characters are and what happened in between the games. Otherwise I demand that the events of First Contact War, Rachni Wars and Krogan Rebellions were included in ME1, because I don't get why Krogan hate Turians and why Turians hate Humans. And don't forget to turn off the action mode, because these games require involvement, not just some badass shooting.
To anyone complaining about the game: GO AHEAD AND MAKE A BETTER ONE. Stop saying "this is bad and that is bad, too" Tell us, how would you improve it. In the flood of the criticism I haven't seen any constuctive ideas. Bad ending, eh? Than, please, tell me how do you think it has to be done? Spoiled gameplay? Then say, how do you see it? But don't say "that game is what I like, so I want this one to be the same." Don't like what you eat - don't eat it, no one's forcing you.
The soundtracks from both parts of Mass Effect are always in my playlist and I can't stop enjoying those great tracks. Judging by the music in the demo, the OST for ME3 will contribute greatly to my collection.
The combat is fun. Not so challenging like in Dark Souls for example, but it's not required here. I liked playing the demo, because it was fun and relaxing. Kingdoms are in no way an innovative game, but it offers the good balance of graphics, fun and partially challenging combat, likely features a good story, has pretty funny gnomes ;-) Oh, and I loved the takedown animation a-la Deus Ex Human Revolution :-D
