Wow. Since when did everyone suddenly become an apologist for poor security? Oh wait, they're giving us all free games. Looks like that plan worked. Anyway, if this had happened on a similar scale with any other company, this same article would've been written, and I can only assume--based on the comments--that almost none of you know how ID theft works or have actually had it happen. If you did, you wouldn't be questioning the severity of the issue.

@parrot_of_adun Freed ID theft protection for a year is great if ID theft was a problem that only lasted a year.
