@fredyellowone Are they really that bad? Not that it matters. This is one series that it really doesn't. San Andreas was a perfect example of this. The GTA3 engine was really showing it's age by the time GTA San Andreas came out, and it was an amazing game.
Just another step towards tuning their software for an eventual hardware release. This would essentially be like the Xbox or PS3, in that you can create multiple accounts on one system, play the same games and have different saves. Anyone who picks up said hardware wouldn't have to worry about the sharing and kick off since most new adopters would be using the TV one at a time.
@eyeball2452 It's not JUST an investment. Most people just pay the minimum that includes the game. So really, all you're doing is buying a copy of the game. That's your "investment".
@Xbox1SinceDay1 @sugi-pula @sdkingsht "Tony Bartel said last week that the company's 4,400 store managers in the United States will receive hands-on training with both platforms."
@Xbox1SinceDay1 @sdkingsht Did you even bother reading the article? The heads of Gamestop are giving these for free to their managers. It said they that they want all their store managers to be well knowledged with the next-gen consoles to better sell them. And he mentions that of BOTH consoles.
So you're basically paying extra for the blue color. I don't get it personally. I think it's ugly, and makes it look more like a toy. I wouldn't want that sitting in my entertainment center.
If you're a new buyer, you're better off getting those $270 GTA V PS3 bundles.
I'm on the fence about picking this up though. When I hear "expansion", I expect a continuation on the story. Especially with so much time passed since the original release. For $30.00, I want more than just some additional features. I want some narrative to go along with those new maps.
