No. Less than 1% of games will support Linux. And it's a pain in the ass to get those few games running. Spend the 100 bucks and and get Win7. The time you take trying to get Linux crap working could have been paying off Win7 at a minimum wage job in a day. Although I'm all for free and open source projects, Linux isn't worth the hassle.

No release date yet for GW2 (my guess is July). Aion is actually pretty decent for a free MMO. They remedied the grind so it's not nearly as bad. It's free, so there's no reason not to try it, at least. However, if you really dislike occasional non-consensual PvP, I wouldn't suggest it. Kahrun is the new server just released, so I would suggest that one if you do try it.

I'll be getting both (already bought GW2 for the beta weekends). Will buy D3 a day or two before release to get the download done.

That said, if I had to choose one, it'd be GW2. Luckily, I don't have to choose just one.

lol at arena bragging. No seriously competitive player plays arena. Tribes is not arena. It was tossed in because it's easy to do and has a chance at bringing in certain people. If you want to brag, play CTF and do well.

No. Although personally I have no problem with it, I can certainly see why some people would have a problem with it (rural, military, travel, economically unviable, etc.).
