Hey everyone,
I've had the Samsung LE26E87 for just over a year now, and I'm starting to get fed up of the inbuilt speakers as they buzz and become distorted in high bass situations. Can anyone recommend a set of good quality, reasonably-priced speakers to solve this problem for me?
I'm not looking to get a home cinema system with five speakers or anything, just two decent speakers, that must be possible in this day and age, surely?
I've just got a new HD component cable for my Wii, but it's only showing red and green, no blue. I have checked that I've got the cable inserted correctly, I've tried fiddling with the TV settings and the Wii display settings, all to no avail. I contacted Nintendo and they told me to try my original Red/Yellow/White component cable, which works fine without any issues.
Does this mean the cable is to blame? (Bearing in mind that it's only a GAMEware cable, not an official Nintendo one)
You can get 1080p through a VGA connection too, which is what I used before I bought a new 360. HDMI input does NOT determine 1080p support. List the TV model # and we can tell you if it does or does not.Staryoshi87Really? I actually had no idea, VGA is something I've never thought of using.
The maximum for component cables is 1080i, this is the best I can get because I don't have a second generation xbox with a HDMI port.
If you want to display your Xbox in 1080p you will need to check that your Xbox has a HDMI port, and you will then need a HDMI cable.
I'd say get Fable 2, it's such a pleasing game to play, I love the humour of the game, the art style, it really is a joy to play. Fallout 3, while being really good, and stealing my time away from me at the moment, I can't overcome the fact that to me it's just like Oblivion but with a destroyed city and guns.
My question though, Prince Of Persia, Saint's Row 2 or Far Cry 2? All are reduced to £24.99 in GAME at the moment
