@lonesamurai1: No, actually realism has nothing to do with resources. If you plan well and polish the game you can make a photo-realistic game even on PlayStation 1. You have a really warped idea of how computer graphics work.

MGS4 is a realistic game and works great both on PS4 and PC. But Tetris game on PS4 runs like shit. Saints Row 2 which looks like a joke, runs worse than The Witcher 3 on PC.

Personally I'd hate a realistic looking SF because it'd only look like Tekken or Virtua Fighter. Look at the image, that looks more like Jin Kazuya than Ryu. No thanks.
