if everything carries a price, no one complains, just compare and contrast. since there are services that go for free (which can beneficial and lacking) people find it worthy to argue... nonsense  one way or another yer paying for a piece of gear, service, membership or some other thing...

I don't mind the yearly sub ;)

I would agree that penalties make it tough to have fun, but so many refer to the NFL as a job or work... kind of difficult to horse play at work when the boss has 100's of camera's on ya :P

I want go as far as to say it was intentional... but the big man knew what he was doing before the "accident". I've played the point against bigger players who can't stand the lil dude zipping around, especially if they are kicking butt like Ford was... a good elbow or hack reminds them how the big guys play, but that massive palm to the dome was totally uncalled for...

in all respects, even tho the topic comes off right away as a horrible example of racism... the support for Vick does bother me too :|

being a hardcore sports fan, I like to stick to my team even during losing seasons and off field nonsense, but convicted stupidity is a whole other spectrum. rape yer woman, beat children, drink and drive, deal drugs... how moronic can a well paid sports player be
if I was getting paid even a small sum to be apart of a league and play a sport I love with no worries, why would you bother with being stupid... it makes no sense... but then again I'm not rich and able to screw up my life more than it already is. for the Vick fans, maybe they just have nothing else to wear to the games

after seeing how well they did against the 49ers... I'm kind of worried :| first half was solid for lucky breaks and some decent plays, but what about the second half?! did they fall asleep, was the weather too much compared to MN, did the coaching staff say enough on leading up the score??

playing half @ss or "just enough" is not the spirit or mind set I want from a team in the playoffs. hopefully this winning streak carries over well into the CHI game

your posting reeks of failure.alkaline_DnB

Seriously... such a shameful thing shouldn't be so true  I was hoping to open some debate about games coming in 2008, but instead some lames decide to bog down the potential thread. How about I give a few more examples...

Kingdom Under Fire(360)
3rd game in the series and even tho its changing some familiar mechanics, not many titles are taking advantage of such gameplay. Hopefully their new approach to welcome more RPG players doesn't kill the series.

Nitro Bike(Wii)
Excite Truck did fairly well for a arcade type of game, but its lasting value was no longer than a weekend. Another game taking the place that should have originally been there from day one is finally stepping up, but games like Burnout kind of won that audience over long ago.

Haze(PS3)
Another shooter... big deal a lot of people would assume. But this one represents game mechanics that are suppose to match Halo3 and sport free online action, which can easily fall under the radar with simple modes that are seen in just about every other shooter.

Lost Odyssey(360)
The more rpg's the better, but how about some actual effort. Sporting a creative cast that worked on numerous big name franchises, one would imagine this game could blow others out the water... yet its gameplay looks boring and outdated.

Come on fellow gamers, yer brains are lot more capable of spewing just hate gibberish ;)
