I can't really say the game is the greatest RPG introduction simply because it favors either hardcore sci-fi fans or hardcore rpg fanatics. The story and graphics will keep you interested, but from one shooter/adventure fan to another, a rental couldn't hurt ;)
funny topic :lol: especially when speaking on the behalf of a lame game that many rpg fans can live without. the game doesn't really appeal to me... enjoy yer PS3

ummm... I totally agree with the B.Quinnor Simms pick but that other dudeJoey needs to stop playing all together. I feel bad for everyone ragging on Eli, but he has been sucking it up pretty bad. Maybemore faith in the running game and shorter pass plays could help smooth things out.
I had faith in their team going into the playoffs strong if the defense could stay consistent... but now its a issue of lacking offense :( embarrasing offense to be exact...
half the time people who complain about a lack of something hardly see the big picture. ES was a solid rpg, but not as amazing as it could have been... maybe the translation was a bit rigid or the overall story was meant to be slow... either way, the combat alone was enough for me to enjoy :oops: anything that resembles Grandia, I'm there!
if yer doubtful, rent it you silly gamer. 60 bucks is not something you want to be so-so about, so I say check it out over a weekend and if it really wraps you up like it did me... you'll know if its worth owning ;)
my motto... and free Live will not help in making it better. why people assume this and rag on everything MS provides is beyond me. perfection is nearly impossible in electronics so why not fork over a few bucks for a system that can only get better ;)
:oops: my friend and I were laughing about RPG's being the only games that get you dreaming about what you'll do next in them... wake up and BAM! the feeling is unexplainable. Or maybe its just a nerd thing...
continue to enjoy ME, that game is greatly underappreciated and I'm looking forward to firing it back up later tonight ;)
I've only played the previous games here and there... guilty pleasure's no doubt ;) The new one really gots my attention because the open city concept really sells in just about any game now a days. Hopefully the online battles are smooth...
