I'm nothing more than an average gamer (51% WR in World of Warships, 49% in World of Tanks) with a crippled left hand, pushing 60 years old and I'm 100% soloing and pushing main & side quests two levels above me.
I think if people can't solo this game they need to think things through instead of thinking they're going to get their hands held like so many AAA games do nowadays. This game is not Dark Souls... It's not even Dark Souls distant cousin on the mother's side twice-removed...
@jahnee: Sorry, but the reviews are in. YOu're part of a very small minority, like the No Man's Sky Fanboys that kept defending that dog that has taken years of patching to be close to what they promised on delivery.

Fast forward:
TFA: (Effectively) Plagiarism, Bad Acting. Over-reliance on CGI. MacGuffins. Rey being a Mary Sue. Still, it wasn't the worst Star Wars movie.
Rogue One: Was actually good though it drug like hell in the middle and they sort of blew the female lead. She wasn't horrible, but she could have been written much better.
TLJ: Took a giant steaming dump on everything from the past, including TFA. There was not one redeeming story arc.
Solo: Don't even get me started. It's bombing for a lot of obvious reasons.
@teppolundgren: Oregon had one of the largest KKK organizations in the US. I don't think you really know as much about the KKK or the surrounding issues as you think you do. Including the fact that Montana has quite a few militia groups including the terrorist group Militia of Montana (MOM).
-Zombies and crafting instead of base infiltration.
-Multiplayer focused.
-Always online.
-Microtransactions.
-Denuvo.
-Short.
And you're normalizing/white-washing/ignoring all this BS... There's a reason I rarely go to video game sites anymore. You're all too busy sticking up for Dirty Devs.
I've been watching Many a True Nerd's play-through. The writing in this game is absolute garbage. I had to give up watching at his 15-to-20 hours into the game (he cuts out a lot of the boring stuff).
Couldn't even make it past the 12 minute mark in the last three videos as the writing was so bad. And if it wasn't for his amusing commentary, I doubt I would have made it as far as I did.
@ExoticCharm: I have both. And, honestly, I totally regret purchasing ED and the season pass. Too much fidelity to a dead-and-buried game that leaves it tedious as it forces you to relive the terrible limitations of the old days. The same dumb space stations. The same dumb controls. Even the one 'improvement' warping to a star sucks.
Worse, it wasn't even as complete as Elite II, never mind FFE.
I've already had more fun in SC and it's not even close to being finished.
