Well, maybe Europe. Im tired of reading all the cows talking about how the PS3 is finally beating the 360 in europe and sales more in japan. Then they end with all MS has in North America, well cows... all MS needs is North America. You do realized we spend far more money on gaming then the majority of the world does. The PS3 wouldn't be doing crap in europe if it wasnt for the price drop.

Its funny how people post sales of MGS games and forget about the install base of the PS2. With out evidence that the games release coinsides with an increase in consoles sold, you cannot say its a system seller. Oh, and just because past games were good does not mean MGS4 will be good. It looks boring to me.

Oh, and for all of you saying that you know someone who is waiting until MGS4 comes out to buy a PS3 or are waiting yourself, if you even know that the game is coming out or are on this website you are not a casual gamer and did not contribute to the 70% market share of the PS2. MGS4 will in no way expained the PS3 audiance or greatly effect sales of the system.

An upconverter, trust me, waste of money. I bought an upconverter from frys and I could not see a difference from DVDs played on my 360. So I took it back. I then bought a HD-DVD add on for the 360 and what a difference. Just put a regular version on king kong in an upconverter and compare it to the HD-DVD version.
