Yes because that site is only reliable when they place the 360 in a negative light. The fact is, if there were no problems R* wouldn't have needed to create a patch.

Ive been playing the PS3 version for about 20 hours now and I experinced no Such Problems. No Freeze ups, no FPS Dips. I actually own both Versions of GTA 4. ( i had a Gift card) and while both run jsut fine, I found the PS3 version to run a bit smoother.

The only major difference is th Nintendo decided to include an actual practicle gaming application (motion sensing) as opposed to Sony who just said 'ok we'll allow you to watch movies when you aren't gaming.' Sega underestimated this with the Dreamcast and lost. Nintendo decided to appeal to gamers and gained the casual market where Sony decided to appeal to casuals and gained the gamer market...
