@haze0986 @CerpinCygnus @Evilgenius4u69 @wexorian You can slap "RPG" onto anything too if you feel like feigning ignorance and debating semantics just for the sake of arguing.
@xX_MOBIUS1_Xx @CerpinCygnus It's not ridiculous at all. David Cage is clearly intent on making digital movie-like experiences rather than games and that is clearly evident not only in how he tends to go about developing his own "games", but is present every time he talks about the industry as a whole as well. It's more like a television show is, by definition, not a film just because you can watch both on a TV.
Also, you may want to actually learn the names of games that you supposedly love and want to have a valid opinion on.
@bouff @CerpinCygnus No, but I do know how to make sense of the released specifications directly from Sony and have been playing games for much longer than the past 8 years. Put 2 and 2 together and maybe you'll get it.
And no. Tell me when they make one and I might give it a shot.
I'm hoping they expand on the group aspect of Lord of the Rings and let us play around in a large city like City Undercover or, I'm assuming, Batman 2 (haven't played that so I'm not sure how it was handled there).
"On-disc DLC" is possibly the greatest oxymoron I've seen in this industry. SFxT has absolutely no DOWNLOADABLE content to speak of. Everything from the 100 costumes and 12 characters to the dozens of colors are available on the physical disc that you've purchased, and gaining access to them is as simple as tacking "unlocked" onto their folder.
