With the issues seen across both closed systems it's pretty amazing to see the PC version even functioning at all.

No, they were implying he previously played BF4 on PS3, the footage is PC. Look at all the button prompts as well as the mouse across the screen.

After watching this, GTA 4 seems like an unoptimized piece of shit.
