@isshiah I played the game haveing heard nothing about it and the ending felt OK. After that I heard that people with pumped expectations started the hate machine. And btw the ending was kinda spoiled in ME2. The revelation at the end really pointed where the trilogy was heading for its end

@fanaticsm Blizzard -Activision is the Oracle of the industry because they do whatever they want and milk however they want and make the same games all the time and are always loved and successful. Only an Oracle can do that.

I hate the double standard. Many game companies are trying to reach the casual gamer, making games easier and simpler. They hope to sell more units to the casual playe for the sake of the hardcore gamesrs and true fans. BUT when it comes to DLC's or additional charges it's basically milking the hardcore fans, not the casuals. So basically games are being "dumbed down" to fit casual market and treats hardcore gamers and true fans as means of additional income.

I ultimately agree whit what Iwanski said there. Trying to milk fans is only making them angry. But when CDPRIJEKT gave me a free DLC because I just patched the game I felt appreciated. When Mass Effect 3 came out with a day one DLC for 10 $ I simply did'nt buy it. But gladly bought the Witcher 2 Enhanced eddition.

I was surprized to find out how many people (reviewers included) talked about a 'frustrating dificulty' in MAX PAYNE 3. I mean, the game is not the usual cacke walk but it is not that extreme. It seems that shooters nowa days are expected to be easy. That I find is the problem. Even the hard core gamers started to get used to games that are fast and easy. That's just...sad.
