I really dont get people who buy a 360... how can you buy a system that has so many breakdowns?! and dont tell me the games are worth it, because except halo3, most of them will be on ps3 or the pc(mass effect)
Im really starting to think its all part of m$ plan, they desine a faulty mechine so that after a year, right about the time the warrenty runs out, it breaks down, so people need to pay 140$ for repairs...
If your paying for a gold account(a rippoff IMO), the least they can do for you is include with it a lifetime warrenty in the pakege, 50$ a year is no joke, considering a console lasts for 5 years(250$) and in M$ case, i bet the 360 life will be 3 years before they pop out a new one.
I have my ps2 for 5 years now, not once did I need to repair it, and when the ps3 price will go down ill get it, feeling good with myself for buying a quality product :D

Maybe becuase I got it at launch? Yes, it broke down, but i sure as hell didn't know it was going to crap out on me like this.
