You all are too young for the cult classic, Omikron: Nomad Soul??? That game is an semi open-world action rpg and is Quantic Dream's first game. David Cage directed and wrote it... So he has done this kind of thing before...

GTAV for the first time on PC, thanks to the free download from Epic Store... Usually don't play these kind of games, but I'm enjoying it immensely.

So the question is why doesn't the PS5 have the 30FPS quality mode like the Series x has? The video at 7:10 suggests marketing deals between Microsoft and CDPR, but is that really the case here?
