Sooo, basically the game got ducked points because it had some techinical errors? So, whatever happened to the 9.0 that Assassins Creed got???????? THAT GAME IS THE MOST BUGGED PIECE OF **** EVER RELEASED. But, somehow the Gamespot reviewer must have completely overlooked all the lag, screen tearing and freezing every 15 minutes.

I dont know why they let new employees at GS review big games and show they are 'tough' and have 'ballz' by under-rating the game.

IGN gave Mass Effect 9.4 and many other websites have given it 9.0 or above, except Gamespot. If you check the 'Other Reviews' tab then you will see for yourself.

If he doesn't like RPGs and he doesn't like science-fiction then he should NOT be reviewing the game.

This is an embarrassment to the gaming community. People will not take GS scores seriously.

I am totally appalled by the the very harsh review. Even if the game has annoying menu screens, that doesn't mean you have to punish Bioware by giving the game 8.5

If Greg Kasavin was here he would have given the game at least 9.0 score. Also if Jeff Gerstman reviewed this game he would have given it a 9.0, but NO it had to be Kevin.

and that fat bastard who reviewed R&C was the sports fan, I don't understand whats going on when in gamespots terms they clearly state they give a game to a reviewer who enjoys that type of game.

Ever since Greg Kasavin left GS, this site has deteriorated. Greg would have given this game a 9.0 for sure !

He gives Assassin's Creed a 9.0 which received mixed reviews and he now gives Mass Effect 8.5

Also why didn't he give the technically proficient graphics award in the 'The Good' section ??
