Definately fun, but very short. It was fun but more of a rental.

Lego star wars was definately a fun game, but just too short. I liked the way that when you or an enemy was destroyed they would burst into lego pieces. Also, the multiplayer would have to be the highlight of the game. It had an innovative "free play" mode. You could go back to any of the levels you beat with any character you unlocked. You'd use the characters' special abilities to get all the unlockables in the level. For example, you could go back to the first level in Star Wars Episode I and play through it with Darth Maul or even General Grievous. As for the spoiler content, the lack of dialogue stopped it from giving away too much, but as for those who want to see Episode III without knowing anything about it they should either rent it and not play any of Episode III or just not buy it. Although the lack of dialogue, be for warned, you definately will find some spoiler content. The multiplayer mode was a lot of fun because you can just ignore what your supposed to do and attack your friend without even leaving the first area. There are 17 levels not counting the bonus level and each level has 10 secret canisters to collecting, when if you do it builds a vehicle and its displayed in the parking lot outside. Also by collecting enough studs(money) in all 17 levels you will be able to unlock a bonus level with some classic characters. There are over 30 characters to unlock and just about all of them have their own special ability. It is all hack and slash, but some characters have blasters. The jedi also can use the force to build predetermined lego things like bridges and to force push the enemies into an endless abyss or just until they die. It recreates just about all of the important parts of the Star Wars prequels. There are also some vehicle levels (one for each movie) and all of them are a lot of fun. The multiplayer is drop in/drop out meaning that a second person can just join in whenever by pressing start on the other controller. It took me about 3 hours to beat it and unlock everything so if you are going to buy it then make sure you've got 2 controllers and a friend that will play it because playing it alone gets boring after awhile. It's only $ 39.99 so it's worth the price. All I can say now is.......enjoy!
