Red Steel 2 is absolutely an "A product." It's clear that the development team wanted to right the wrongs of the original game and produced an all new design with controls that actually work. There are still some issues,... Read Full Review

Red Steel 2 is the rare case of a sequel to a bad game that gets hyped. Let's disregard the hype for a moment, because that's what reviewers do, and let's disregard the first game as well, because this game has absolutel... Read Full Review

I am going to buck the tide here and say that I enjoyed the first Red Steel infinitely more than the sequel. Granted, swordplay is improved with the motionplus but everything else, especially storyline is sorely lacking... Read Full Review

With its solid sword controls and amazing visuals, Red Steel 2 is a massive improvement over the original.
Its had a whole lot of hype ever since it was introduced. It had some high expectations. So, did it live up to it all. You bet! I'll start with the most important aspect, the controls. They are just stunning! Thanks to ... Read Full Review

It may feature a high number of shortcomings, but its thrilling combat sections shine through all of its flaws
It is impossible to deny that the Wii Motion Plus greatly enhanced the motion controls found on Nintendo's system. With the addition of a powerful gyroscope to the device that basically consisted of an accelerometer, the... Read Full Review

Red Steel 2 is a vast improvement over its predecessor, but some design choices keep it from being a far better game.
In November of 2006, Nintendo launched their new console called the Wii. Among their launch line-up of games was Red Steel, a first-person action shooter that also included swordplay. It was a brilliant concept on pape... Read Full Review
