the a.i. ,also just the ultimate variety, the co-op campain-also coop multiplayer it does what other games cant and just flat out dont do-killzone no local splitscreen....come on...cod4 no split screen, no party system...i mean lets face it halo is the best

Obviously most people realize the whole bragging about halo thing came back up after kz2 came out. If it didn't come out people yet people have stopped talking about it and would've kept playing the game

Halo is the best console fps to date regardless if its 1 2 or 3 so why do people still try to challenge with generic shooters like kz2 with poor laggy controls? yea kz 2 looks good but man does it suk like the chopper battle after u attack the academy. Halo one was great back then and set the bar for console FPS's this decade... But comapring Halo 3 to now days...its just ultimately outdated....

Comparing KZ2's AI to Halo 3's...Halo 3's AI look like clowns...

The physics...graphics...multiplayer system...game mechanics...everything...its outdated to the likes of COD4, KZ2 etc.

I mean, the only things that are missing is online local split screen (I couldnt care less for offline/online campaign Co-op, campaigns are ment to be played with one person, and Co-op just doesnt fit the story in KZ2(so reviews can stop ****ing and moaning about that)...offline also SPLITS the screen up(yuck..))

And with variety, COd4, KZ2(not so much with the enemy soldiers) and R2 do have quite a bit of variety.

Even I, who was born with spartan armor (Avatar is my irl), and has never taken it off, knows that Killzone is the best series in history, thanks to Killzone 2, the greatest game of all time by far, By FAR. Zelda is second, Mario is third, Halo is fourth though. But whatever it is... Killzone 2 is still better, greatest game of all time.Prydes

im looking forward to halo 3 on pc, hopefully they do release it, will be alot better than 360 version if they , with mouse aiming they wont have noobish aim assist unless they do :lol:

when you said call of duty 4 has better physics than halo 3 that's when i stopped reading lol.

but halo 3 beats killzone2 if only they added aim assist off option in menu.

i must play my console first person shooters without aim assist/auto aim otherwise it feels like im cheating even if everyone else has it, just feels too noobish for me.

halo 3 wouldnt be that bad, they could easily patch in aim assist off option like perfect dark zero has but it's all up to bungie if they want to add this, they are too much of a noob company to add it.

That's seriously a joke halo 3 is a mlg game and it has no option to turn off aim assist, why doesnt bungie actually add a option for skilled players? see who really are the best players and not justknows of how to take advantage of aim assist.

i hope the game is in porting process for pc now though.

1. That it was a large evolution for consoles shooters, and a step fowards in the genre. Because of this its a staple of console shooters.

2. Its multiplayer - where it has gained much popularity and longevity.

Which is why the series is practically a multiplayer one since the second.
