PC Gaming at 4K resolution (People still have 56k?)

Poor consoles haven't even been able to make 1080p mainstream yet...

Consoles cannot push 1080p+. It's a limit of fixed hardware.

Unless your TV/Monitor is 85" or larger, and you sit less than 6 feet from it, chances are you can't tell the difference, and those pretending they can are the sheep Best Buy lives off of.  :P

Umm.... not if the game was made to support it. Letters and numbers, where they were displayed, would just use more pixels, so they still appear large enough to read. Don't act like letters and numbers on a screen have to be rendered with the same number of pixels, no matter the resolution. That's not the way it works for anything else on screen. If it were, increasing resolution would just look like zooming out of an image. Obviously, that's not what it looks like. Higher resolution translates to more detail, no matter how big your screen is. 

You really shoudn't say, "some of you fools don't understand resolution", when you are one of those fools.
