This is interesting:

In the bit with the F-16, the cockpit isn't sealed. It is flying along with the canopy open...or they just didn't render it for the first person. I would imagine this is so you can see more. This is a video game and they probablly going for the experience and not for realism.

Edit: The canopy is sealed...the glass is just impossibly clean. You can see the rear view mirror in the youtube video, and the seal.

A pretty blonde who clearly doesn't know anything about gaming culture and pronounces pwnd as poned. Ouch.

But great game footage, especially the part about karkand.

I will admit that MP is where its at but these videos of SP are a great way to showcase the new engine and game mechanics

On another note, BF fans are really annoying. They can't just have a great game to enjoy, they have to question everyone who likes COD and say their game sucks whereas most COD fans just like COD and don't like BF. Just stop this guys, making us real BF fans look bad

haha, I will be buying a new GPU and selling my GTX570 if BF3 doesnt run maxed out at 60 FPS (although AA doesnt need to be maxed lol, obviously).

^The higher the res, the less AA you need, I'm fine with 2-4xAA for that matter, though I should get another GTX 460 just in case.

My res is 1680 x 1050, so its not THAT great. And I cannot do SLI because my mobo doesnt support it. So I would need to sell my 570 and buy a new card if I wanted to.

I am waiting to see if my card will run BF3 max :P. If not then I will figure out what I am doing, as theres no sense in planning what could change a lot in 6 months. All I know is I am buying and playing BF3 maxed out on day one lol.

Yeah, honestly I am not expecting my 570 to max it with 60 FPS, BUT I am expecting it to come close. But they really improved the performance of Bad Company 2 close the launch, so hopefully this will be perfectly fit for my 570 :P.

Sales =/= quality.

A reveal trailer is much different than a documentary detailing changes in a game. Both reveal trailers for BF3 and MW3 have gotten TV airtime.

Bad Company 2 >Black Ops.

Whats that you say? They aren't the main series?

Battlefield 2 >Modern Warfare 2.

Funny how it was outscored when it only had multiplayer ain't it?

EDIT: Also if people really cared about their games being played in HD and having 60FPS, they'd be playing on PC anyway.
