Im not sure why anyone is bringing up the Wii , the PS3 has outsold it the past 3 years in a row . The PS3 also has a great year ahead in 2013 while the Wii is basically dead and already has a new console out. The Wii was a system that was popular with small children and fat soccer moms im sorry but thats not who I want supporting my console .

No. But that has nothing to do with what Miyamoto said, he stated they are the same. In fact if you took out the motion control aspect from Wii games, they could all be played on a Gamecube in theory because they are the same power.
