Ah TC, That train of thought does only work if you Like Rockstar games, right?
I have not liked a gta game since Gta 2 (yeah so far back) and the last good Rockstar game I playied was Max Payne 2. (atleast I think that was rockstar and not remedy).
I like what I see from L.A Noire, It is not the typical halfdone sandbox with lack of... well everything honestly, so it kind of IS the first Rockstar game Ive been interrested in in nearly a Decade, Rockstar does good first impressions, good voice acting, average characters, and a handful of fairly solid game mechanics. Problem being that those are way too few mechanics for an open world game, and Unlike Both SMG 1,2 and MGS 4 Alot of people on the forums, and even Jurnalists when they talk about GTA4 Think it scored more then it should, as soon as the wow factor vanished the game was not worth much.
RDR should be better, Im not into western games, but people generally seem that like that one, I have hopes, but here is the thing.
I know what TW2 will be like (pretty much the last hope of the year for something that resembles a true RPG) LA Noire has a really good and different premise, I like to hope that what LA Noire tryies to do, they suceed in, if they can, then I should outscore TW2.
