well..he/she wasn't exactly wrong with the statement. The game he described sounded alot like the old school rainbow six games and the SWAT series..games that in this day and age would do horrible on consoles because of the punishing trial and error.lawlessx

I tihnk a more accurate statement would be that "console gamers don't like something that complex." Saying they're too dumb to figure it out is jsut low.

You can do pretty much everything with the context menu, which IIRC is mapped to middle mouse.

Honestly I didn't make a lot of use of my squad and I still adored the game.

I can. They laughed at Tim Schafer for wanting to make an Adventure game yet he managed to raise over 3 million dollars.

Big publishers these days think all we want is more COD like FPS games, they couldn't be further removed from gamers if they tried.

Yes, because Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six 3 and even GRAW sold so poorly on consoles. Hell, the original Xbox got a great port of Operation Flashpoint with slightly downgraded visuals (It's as complicated as the original PC game).
