good. if you're banned its probably for a reason. dont be an asshole. mems_1224This x1000
If you are banned, your console should be bricked and your IP address banned.
Eh they'll learn quick origin and steam both tried this and they changed their TOU quick when someone complained when they were banned via VAC and lost all their games.
*Note: I believe I read this happening with steam but I could be wrong*
That already happens on Steam. Don't get banned?http://levelsave.com/banned-xbox-one-users-lose-all-of-their-games/

Games will be tied to the account that it was purchased on. I don't know if you can transfer and not pay.[QUOTE="MikeMoose"]

So, you've admitted that there are some people that are wrongfully banned and don't deserve it, yet you still think it is a "good" move by Microsoft to take away games that these people have payed for? Am I missing something?
How can you pay for all of your games and get banned and lose ALL of them? Wtf MS?Keiji993As with most everything nowadays you sign a Terms of Use agreement - if you break it, whomever you broke it with can rain down unholy fire upon you.

They can probably call in and try to argue their case. You can't build your policies around fringe cases. No, No, No, No.
Block me from playing the online portion of games? That's fine, me abusing the online system is fair enough. But to take away usage of all of my games entirely? There is no justifying that, especially if all I did was JTAG on CoD.
And what happens if someone reports me for mistakenly/purposely using offensive language against them and I get a week suspension? Do I deserve to not use my games I paid for then?
I can't see myself getting banned but this is another concern about the system along with the prospect of them shutting down the servers one day. Steam has the same issues and it's one of the reasons I only buy direct download games at low prices.Â

Regardless of what you or I think about this, the fact is that MS is going to receive a lot of backlash for this, and a lot of people are going to be upset when their accounts are wrongfully banned and they lose all of their games.

Suspension is not a ban. Don't send naked pictures of yourself to random people, don't repeatedly use hate speach, don't mod your console.
You don't get banned for calling people a 'dumb cvnt' or a 'motherfvcker'

...*calls up Microsoft* yeah I was banned and I don't know why. *Rep says you were caught cheating* but I wasn't I believe I've been hacked. *rep flags your account for further investigation, A month later you get an email that you've been unbanned*-Assuming this is true-
The fact that people think this is okay is pretty sad. Even steam allows you to continue using your games as long as they are singleplayer, lan or unsecured servers. People have been wrongfully banned by steam and I've seen plenty of people banned from Xbox Live simply because they recieved a metric ton of bad feedback (which doesn't always come from being a dink).

you are a fool. There is no automatic system on the 360 where you all of a sudden get banned if enough people report you, live people check any reports against you...Lots of reports means that your system is flagged higher and higher in priority.[QUOTE="MikeMoose"][QUOTE="mems_1224"] A lot of people are gonna get wrongfully banned? How many people have been wrongfully banned on 360?Ah, realizing you're wrong in an argument so you resort to trolling. Classic. Do a google search and read some people's stories if you are really that curious.
*coughs* Bull shit *coughs* And I'm pretty sure at one time Steam took away access to your games...-Assuming this is true-
