When I got Super smash bros. My friends and I played from friday to monday non stop.(only stopping to switch between my gamecube and his to avoid overheating.) By Sunday night we were sick as hell and couls still see images from the game when we closed our eyes. By monday morning we were throwing up and didn't go to class. I never gamed that hard again.
14 hours, Xenosaga episode I. It doesn't really matter what game I'm playing, as long as it's good. Although i can't beat this record due the inconsistent variables of my family's actions.
almost 24 hours on PS1. Some soccer game, "Bundesliga" i think. My eyes were hurting v. bad. On PS2 also some games kept me over 12 hours. Usually it is said that after 1 hour of playin' , to pause for 15 min. But who can do that if it's a awesome game? ;) Also..:).....this is gonna sound funny, did u ever played a game and fell asleep, then to wake up after some time? It happened to me :)
I can't remember which game it was but I spent a whole day playing one game. Only stopping for toilet breaks and food & drink. I didin't do those at the same time though. :)
18 hours on WoW, BWL and MC in one night with pvp before that, it was just a one off thing theres no way we would ever do it again. CounterSrike about 8 hours; got my score past 1000 on De_Dust2 and still kept 1:2 ratio.
I've played God Of War approximitly 40 hours straight. I finished the game in all 4 difficulties, which the God mode took me 13 hours. I also finished the 10 challenges is Treasures.

You're all beating me...Maybe 6 hours sometimes, depending on the game, like from 7PM to 1AM. Mostly happens with RPGs though. Or GTA: VC, I remember playing that a whole freakin' lot.
Probably only 10hours straight, but then I would continue for a good few hours shortly afterwards. That 10hrs covers a lot of the better games I've played
It's all about going from start to finish on a game, marathoning (is that a word?) for 40 hours online is great and all but starting a game and finishing it all in one go is my personal favorite. Seiken Densetsu 3 start to finish 21 hours with the Black Rabite.

Lol, I once fell asleep driving on GTA: San Andreas' country side. I woke up a few hours later with my car off the road.
i don't kare if you don't believe,im(for now)the 1 portuguese to play a game one week without stooping!!!and the game has final fantasy x,i passed(in that week)the game 2 times!!! 8)
While I can't remember exact amounts of time, I can remember near all nighters back in the day playing the original PGA Tour Golf for SNES and Genesis with 3 buddies. Also pulled an all nighter with the original Resident Evil back in '96 with the same buddies.
I remember playing Actraiser for a good 7 or 8 straight hours by myself. There were many more but those were most memorable. :-)
Last night I played Halo 2 and Halo 1 multiplayer for 7 hours. Though I have played Call of Duty multiplayer for 10 hours staright and about 5 the next day. I love multiplayer games.
