As a warning the video is somewhat disturbing. The video can be found in the mid part of the article.

People never cease to amaze me when it comes to how scummy some people can be. And not to mention every single person cleared out of the train. No one stepped in to stop the beating, no one came to the man's aid after his attackers left.

Maybe the man was a serial killer or child molester.

I guarantee you wouldn't do any different. It's crowd psychology. Nobody is helping, thus you won't help.

If I'm being honest, if I was a bystander in that type of situation I'd clear the train too. But standing there laughing is horrible.

Mmm...I probably would at minimum helped the guy afterwards and I may have stepped in to stop the fight as well. But unlike the guy getting beat I would be ready to hit them back if they tried to attack me when I went to help. I wouldn't have been scared enough to leave the train though.

Were there any scissor kicks utilized? Cause that would be something to see.

Any more in life they seem to make it illegal to help. Any more I get so irritated thinking how our right to protect and defend ourselves has been taken away and given the shame marker excuse of "a better person would just avoid the conflict." My problem it seems is a person can be beating the crap out of you and the moment you land a punch your considered just as guilty. Not defending police, but a perfect example of this is, a criminal can lead cops on a high speed chase through 3 children filled school yards ram his car full speed into a cop car get out and run and when the cops arrest him they bump his head while getting him in the back of the cruiser and now they have a police brutality case. If they shoot him...oh my thats horrible! Wheres the justice for the 3000 kids he endangered or the police's lives whose car he just rammed? Thats my problem...criminals get too much protection anymore.

Don't be, It is Kentucky after all. It's a beautiful state, low crime, but not exactly a beacon of cultural diversity....

This dude was lucky he didn't get stabbed. Yes calling them out on their behaviour was the right thing to do but nobody backed him up and that's why most people keep their mouths shut.

It's easy to be a tough guy when you have three friends standing behind you. It's not so easy to stand up for yourself when you are all alone. That one guy is a heck of person, I hope he does great things in his life.....

The only thing is he probably would have fared better against these guys had he been prepared for the consequences of what he said. Once the guy was in his face he should've just hit him or shoved him very hard.

How would that have helped, though? Getting the first hit would probably only make them attack him more, plus it would make him seem like less of a victim and more like he was trying to start a fight. And like mentioned, for all he knew they could have been carrying a weapon.

True, but he was already commited once he opened his mouth. I certainly wouldn't let someone beat me up so I could look like a victim though and I would at least go down fighting..

Did you watch the video? He did. After getting sucker punched from the side and taking repeated kicks to the head, he stumbled up, and jumped right at three of them swinging.

I started with a Glock 17, but it was too big and uncomfortable to carry. There was no where to keep it without it being seen. My 26 I carry in my left pocket, and in the winter I keep it in my inside coat pocket. I like Sigs, but you can't beat a Glock for reliability and ease of care. Those things are indestructible.

The title confuses me. Why is the woman laughing so important? A vagina does not mean someone is a nice person, has values, or anything else. Also the dude is cool in my book for standing up for something but this is part of consenquence. It is the same as bullfights. More people like seeing something, someone, or anything that can show pain be punished. However by all means if that guy has whipping out a gun and shot the 3 guys in the legs and hard clocked that girl in the side of the face more people would be saying the guy was childish and should go to jail. The only reason so many are on his side here is because he was mostly defenseless and lost.

What a surprise. 3 Black men gang up on a tiny white guy. Then women laugh about it.
